We see the failure before it happens

Industrial thermographic inspections for the oil & gas and offshore sector. Step inside a plant with us and see what a thermal imaging camera sees.

01 / Scanning

Every failure begins with heat

A loose connection, a bearing wearing down, insulation breaking down: before production stops, everything announces itself with a few degrees of excess temperature. The thermal camera converts that infrared radiation into a readable image — the thermogram — and makes visible what the eye cannot see.

02 / Electrical systems

The hot spot nobody sees

Substations, medium-voltage substation rooms, electrical switchboards, disconnectors and overhead power lines. A defective joint can exceed 100 °C while everything around it stays at ambient temperature: it is the most frequent trigger of fires and arc flashes. We locate it with the plant in operation, without shutting anything down.

03 / Rotating machinery

Friction, imbalance, misalignment

Pumps, motors, gearboxes and fans: when a bearing starts to degrade, friction produces heat long before it produces noise. Periodic thermographic monitoring lets you schedule the replacement instead of suffering unplanned downtime.

04 / Process lines

Where energy is lost
and where gas escapes

Piping, valves, insulation, furnaces and steam networks. With OGI (Optical Gas Imaging) cameras we make methane, SF₆ and volatile organic compounds visible: leaks appear as a moving cloud, from a safe distance and without contact.

05 / Reporting

The thermogram becomes a decision

A transformer, a medium-voltage switchboard, a motor: three different assets, one inspection. Every anomaly is classified by criticality, documented with an IR image and a visible-light photo, and delivered in a technical report with intervention priorities. We don't hand over colorful pictures: we hand over a maintenance plan.

Why choose us

Our advantages

Rely on us to prevent failures and improve the operational efficiency of your plants.

Advanced technology

High-end professional thermal cameras with high IR resolution and high thermal sensitivity, using calibrated, certified instrumentation for repeatable results.

Certified experience

Over twenty years in industrial inspection, with operators holding Level 2/3 certification per ISO 18436 / ISO 9712: a thermogram is only as good as the person reading it.

Safety first

We strictly follow safety procedures: remote inspections, arc-flash PPE per CEI EN 61482 and preliminary incident energy assessment.
