01 — Electrical inspections

Electrical switchboards and transformers

Thermal scanning to detect overheating in electrical switchboards, preventing fires and ensuring operational continuity.

A faulty connection can exceed 100 °C while everything around it stays at ambient temperature: it is the most frequent trigger of fires and arc flash events. Each anomaly is classified by ΔT and criticality.

04 — Gas detection

OGI cameras

OGI cameras (Optical Gas Imaging) make methane, sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆) and volatile organic compounds visible: the gas appears as a moving cloud in the video, even at low concentrations and from a safe distance.

05 — Periodic programs

Predictive maintenance

Not a single inspection but a program: periodic campaigns, thermogram archiving, and comparison of the same measurement points over time.

It depends on asset criticality and operating regime. For electrical switchboards in continuously operating plants the typical frequency is annual, moving to every six months for critical assets. For rotating machinery the interval is aligned with the existing maintenance plan. We define the schedule during the on-site survey.
No — and that is precisely the advantage: thermography requires the plant to be running under representative load. An idle or unloaded asset does not show the thermal anomalies we are looking for.
For each anomaly: thermal image and visible-light photo, measurement point, measured temperatures and ΔT versus the reference, criticality classification, probable cause, and a prioritized corrective action recommendation.
